For Mac · Lives in your menu bar

Open your Mac.
Your day is already sorted.

Oppti sorts through your email, Slack, calendar, and the portals you live in, privately on your Mac, and hands you the few things that actually need you. Everything else waits quietly, or never shows up at all.

How it sorts

60 emails came in.
One needed you.

Most of what lands in your inbox isn't a task: codes, receipts, alerts, newsletters. Oppti sorts each one privately on your Mac by asking a simple question: is a real person waiting on you?

Do now

A person is waiting, or it's due soon. Never more than 3.

Up next

Real things for today. Never more than 4.

Can wait

Tucked into a folder until you want it.

Filtered

Codes, receipts, promos, small talk. Never shown.

How it decides

Every task tells you why it's there.

No mystery ranking. Each item carries a short reason, and you can nudge it: pin it, snooze it, or mark "not a task" so Oppti learns.

Asks you something

People first

A real person asking a question beats any number of automated alerts.

Due in 3h

Deadlines, found for you

"By Friday 5pm" in an email, an assignment in Canvas, an invoice due date. Oppti catches them all.

Waiting on you 2d

Nothing goes stale

The longer someone's been waiting, the higher it rises, until you answer.

Needs action

Bills and approvals

Automated mail that needs you stays: invoices, failed payments, documents to sign.

4 alerts

Alerts, grouped

Ten "new message" notifications from one platform become a single, quiet item.

Replied in Gmail

Done is done

Answer somewhere else and Oppti checks it off for you. No double bookkeeping.

Privacy

There's no Oppti server.
Not a small one. None.

Your Mac talks directly to Gmail, Slack, and the rest. Everything is sorted and stored on your Mac. We never see your messages, because they never come to us.

Questions

Good questions.

Does Oppti read my email on a server somewhere?

No. Oppti connects from your Mac directly to Gmail, Slack, and the rest, uses only what it needs to build your list, and does all the sorting on your Mac. There's no Oppti server in the middle, and we never receive your messages.

Can Oppti send, delete, or change anything?

No. Every connection is read-only. Email is opened in read-only mode, so nothing is even marked as read.

Does it use AI or cost me per use?

Oppti's sorting runs entirely on your Mac using rules tuned for real inboxes, so there are no usage fees, no data sent to AI services, and it works offline with what it already has.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically; you choose a plan if you'd like to keep going. Your tasks and settings stay on your Mac either way.

How do I cancel?

One click in your account page, any time, no emails or calls. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Which Macs does it work on?

Any Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon or Intel.

Tomorrow morning, open your Mac to one short list.
