How do I connect Gmail?
In Oppti, open Platforms › Gmail › Connect. You'll need a Gmail app password: turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account, then create one at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords. If Google says the setting isn't available, 2-Step Verification is off, or your work or school administrator has turned app passwords off.
What's a calendar link, and where do I find one?
Many apps (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Airbnb, Vrbo, booking tools) can share a private "subscribe" or "export calendar" link that ends in .ics. Paste it into Oppti and your deadlines or bookings appear in your list. Oppti shows app-specific steps when you pick each one. Treat the link like a password.
Can I connect an app that isn't listed?
Usually, yes. If it offers a calendar link, use Calendar feed (iCal). If it has an API key, use Custom API, and press Test to see what Oppti finds before saving.
Calendar or Reminders says access was turned off
Click Allow on the banner in Oppti. If nothing happens, open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Calendars (or Reminders) and turn Oppti on.
Something important ended up in the wrong place
Pin it to keep it at the top, or use Not a task on anything that shouldn't be there; Oppti learns from both. If a whole kind of email is sorted wrong, tell us what kind it was (no need to forward it) and we'll improve the rules for everyone.

Where is my information stored?
Only on your Mac, encrypted, with logins in your Mac's Keychain. Oppti doesn't run servers that receive your messages. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete everything?
In Oppti, open Settings › Privacy › Erase all Oppti data. It removes every task, setting, linked account, and the encryption key from your Mac, immediately.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email support@oppti.app with "Privacy request" in the subject. We respond within 30 days.
